Simple, transparent billing.
The price you see on the next screen is the price Square charges — worked out by our server from your plan, users and any discount code, before you enter your card.
Questions about billing
What happens after the free trial?
On day 8 your card is charged your plan's price and then every month on the same date. We email you a receipt each time, and every bill is listed in your dashboard.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes — pause for 1 to 3 months from Billing in your dashboard. The pause starts at your next billing date, you're not charged while paused, and your booking page shows a polite "not currently taking online bookings" message with your phone and email. Resume early whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from Billing in two clicks — no phone call needed. Your plan runs until the end of the month you've paid for. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
Is my card safe?
Your card number is entered into a secure field hosted by Square (a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider) and never reaches Bookopio's servers. We only keep the card brand, last four digits and expiry so you can recognise it.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Bookopio isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What do I need to set up?
Your services (with durations and prices), your working hours, the postcode you travel from and, if you want them, travel zones with surcharges. Then share your booking link or paste the embed snippet into your website. There's nothing to install. Starting the 7-day free trial needs a card; you're not charged until the trial ends.
How is travel time calculated?
For each possible slot, Bookopio works out the road drive time from your previous appointment (or your base) to the customer's postcode, and on to your next appointment. Drive times come from OpenStreetMap routing, are multiplied by your traffic allowance and rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes, and your buffer between visits is added. Customers only see times you can realistically reach.
Can I add it to my existing website?
Yes. Your dashboard gives you step-by-step instructions for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy and plain HTML: copy, paste, publish. Show the form on a page or as a floating “Book” button, with your own logo, colours and fonts. Some website plans don't allow code, so you can also share your booking page link on a button, on Google, social media, by text or in emails.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes, in one direction. Subscribe to your private Bookopio calendar link in Google Calendar, iPhone/Mac Calendar or Outlook and your jobs, new requests (marked “To review”) and blocked time appear there automatically. iPhone and Outlook usually refresh within a few hours; Google can take up to a day. Customers also get a calendar invite when you confirm. Bookopio doesn't read your personal calendar, so add time off as a block in your dashboard (one-off or repeating), or upload a calendar invite (.ics) and that time is blocked for you.
Can customers book instantly?
Customers send a request for a time that fits your diary. Every request comes to you to accept, decline or ask for more information, so nothing lands in your day without your say-so.
Can customers cancel, and can I cancel my plan?
Each customer gets a private link to add details or cancel their booking, and you're notified straight away. You can pause or cancel your own subscription from Billing in your dashboard at any time, with no phone call needed.
Do my customers pay through Bookopio?
No. Bookopio handles booking requests, scheduling and quotes. You take payment from customers the way you do today.
